I changed jobs to this company from another industry, but there was education on their products and product installation, as well as OP training. So I could engage in my work here without any worries.
Even after starting work, I receive education through on the job training. It’s very helpful being in a workplace atmosphere where I can freely ask questions about what I don’t understand. I can do my work comfortably.
High-purity Quartz Crucibles are important products that support the upper processes of the semiconductor industry.
The semiconductor industry is predicted to grow even more in the future, and taking part in it will certainly help take my career to the next level.

At first I was really bewildered about the age range of the employees, but my superiors and coworkers who’ve been at the company longer guided me, and I can work every day in a stress-free environment.
There’s still a lot I have to learn, but I can challenge myself to try various things at this company. So I’ll actively learn my job, and continue to manufacture high quality Quartz Crucibles. I want to contribute to the semiconductor industry.

My responsibilities include the development of Quartz Crucible manufacturing conditions, and patent management.
There’s some things I can’t do well, but I’ve gained a lot of skills and experience, and thanks to the support of the people around me, I am satisfied with my work every day.
From the time my second daughter was born to when she turned 1 year old, I got childcare leave. I used the short work hour system for childcare until she went to elementary school.
During the time when I had the most to deal with, I was sometimes overwhelmed with raising my child, so this system really helped.
With this system, you can use short work hours even after your child enters elementary school. So I think it makes the environment even easier to work in.
I can freely consult with my superiors about work adjustments and other issues, and I can easily do both company work and household work.
While our workplace has many men, I feel I can work very normally regardless of gender.
